- 100% wallet refund
- Amount credited to JanelTrip Wallet
3–6 days before check-in
- 50% wallet refund
- Remaining amount may be deducted as booking/service charges
0–2 days before check-in
- No refund applicable

Refunds are primarily provided as:
- JanelTrip Wallet balance
Wallet balance may be used for:
- Future bookings
- Services
- Experiences on JanelTrip
Non-Refundable Charges
The following may not be refundable:
- Payment gateway fees
- Taxes
- Convenience fees
- Service charges
Refund Processing
Wallet refunds are generally processed automatically after cancellation approval.
In special cases, manual review may be required.
Refund Disputes
JanelTrip reserves the right to review and decide refund disputes fairly.
