Guest Cancellation
Guests may cancel bookings before check-in through their JanelTrip account dashboard.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation relative to the check-in date.
Cancellation Rules
7+ days before check-in
- Cancellation allowed
- Eligible for full wallet refund
3–6 days before check-in
- Cancellation allowed
- Partial refund may apply
0–2 days before check-in
- Cancellation allowed before check-in time
- No refund applicable
Host Cancellation
Hosts are expected to honour confirmed bookings.
Frequent host cancellations may result in:
- Reduced property visibility
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account restrictions
Emergency Situations
JanelTrip may review special cancellation requests caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Medical emergencies
- Transportation disruptions
